At The Jade Event Center all deposits are non refundable. If the Jade should cancel for any reason, we will refund all money over the non refundable deposit within 90 days. 
If the event is cancelled by renter, Ten percent of what has been paid over the Non Refundable deposit will be returned to renter within 90 days.
