Our EVENT PLANNERS are responsible for a wide range of tasks related to organizing and executing events. These tasks can include:

 Initial Consultations: Meeting with clients to discuss their event needs, including the type of event, budget, theme, and any specific requirements.

Event Conceptualization: Developing event concepts, themes, and designs in collaboration with the client, including decor, set-up, and overall ambiance.

Budget Management: Creating and managing event budgets, including cost estimation, negotiation with vendors, and tracking expenses.

Vendor Coordination: Researching, selecting, and hiring vendors such as caterers, florists, photographers, and entertainers. Negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.

Venue Maintenance : Identifying and securing event venue, considering factors such as suite capacity, and suitability

Logistics Planning: Coordinating event logistics, such as transportation, accommodations, and technical requirements (audiovisual equipment (DIGITAL GRAPHICS), lighting, etc.).

Timeline Development: Creating detailed event timelines and schedules, including setup, event activities, and breakdown.

On-site Management: Overseeing event setup, ensuring that all elements are in place according to the plan, and managing any issues that arise during the event.

Client Communication: Maintaining regular communication with clients to provide updates, obtain feedback, and address any concerns.
