May Alcoholic Beverages Be consumed

Yes with the cash bar option. In accordance with local and state laws, cash bar with bartender may be optional. The price for cash bar is $150 which includes professional bar attendant and set up with premium drinks for events with 75 guest or less. $250 for two professional bar attendants and set up with premium drinks for events with 75 and above guests. THERE IS NO BYOB. NO ALCOHOL MAY BE CONSUMED ON THE PARKING LOT. 

Do you have in house photography and DJ services?

Yes we work with DJ, Photographer, & Videographer services for our consumers. We have a preferred vendor's list. 

May I use my own catering?

Yes, however the kitchen warming area is not standard with all rentals. There is a $50 fee for warming area use. 

May I use my own decor

Yes, Each day of the week EXCEPT SATURDAY NIGHT, however you get one hour decoration time before your event. You should get an accurate estimate of time for decor to adjust the design time. Also be sure to factor in breakdown time to ensure you exit at the agreed time . When using in house decor you do not have to factor in extra decor time.

What if I need to rent both rooms for my event

If you need to rent both rooms for the same event it is possible and you get both at a discounted rate. 

Will I get a discount if I use the Jade's decor design or Caterer

Absolutely! We adjust our pricing when you use our vendors or services. 

How early can I pay to reserve a date and what is the deposit?

You can schedule a consultation walk through and get your date set in stone as soon as possible. The minimum initial deposit (RETAINER) is non refundable and is $300 minimum. The only thing that will hold a date is an initial deposit (RETAINER) and a contract or invoice. Your date will not be held until a contract or invoice is secured and payment has been made. 

Is there an incidental deposit?

Yes. The incidental deposit is not apart of your actual bill. The incidental deposit is Refundable after your event is completed on time, building is left in clean fashion, without damage. You may REQUEST your incidental deposit the next business day after your event. The incidental amount is $200. You have up to 48 hours to request your incidental refund. The Jade is not responsible for contacting you about your refund request. 

What if I don't want to clean up? Can I pay your team to clean?
Yes. We offer the "Clean Team" at a rate of $300. They will handle everything from sweeping to moping and trash after your event. You can just get in the car and go. 

Do you host Same Sex Ceremonies
Yes. We host Same sex marriages and ceremonies. 

What form of payment is accepted
While we do not keep cash on the premises, Cash is accepted along with CashApp, Zelle, PayPal, credit or debit cards, and venmo. Some fees may be associated with credit card transactions depending on their rates to transfer funds. 

When is the Payment Balance Due?
The Total Balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event. 50 percent of your balance is due 4 weeks from your event to ensure that vendors associated with your event are locked in place for your event. There is a fee associated when you go past your agreed time to pay your balance so that we can have your materials back on time. 

Can we hang pictures on the wall
You are NOT allowed to hang pictures etc. on the walls or windows. We are an upscale venue that caters to the premiere clientele. 

What if I have to Reschedule my booked date?

You May reschedule and use your deposit to be moved to another date. The rescheduling fee is $150 to move your date to an open date.
